Only items that have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged are eligible for returns or exchanges. Please pack and ship the items you wish to return with all tags attached. **Please note, we will not accept returns beyond 60 days from the initial order date, no exceptions**

For returns, please note shipping costs are non-refundable. If product(s) were eligible for free shipping during time of purchase, the equivalent of the type of shipping cost used will be deducted from the value of the returned product and refund in the form of store credit.

For exchanges, please indicate which items or sizes you wish to exchange. As soon as we receive your returned package, we will process your exchange and have it ship back to you for free so you don't have to cover the shipping cost again.

For packages returned to our fulfillment centre for full return, or was unclaimed due to unsuccessful delivery or refusal of package, a $5 non-refundable restocking fee will be deducted from purchase order total. 

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please fill out our online return form to initiate the return process. For all sale items, you will only be eligible for an exchange or store credit. 

    Defective Items

    If you received the wrong product from Monday Supply, or it arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Experience Team (hello@mondaysupply.com) as soon as possible. We will make sure that the situation is resolved for you.

    Please note: As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and we recommend that you use a service with tracking and/or insurance.

    (Monday Supply will not be responsible for items lost during return shipping)
